Additionally, its higher suction power, maxing out at 1500 Pa, delivers superior cleaning performance, especially when tackling deep-cleaning tasks on carpets.
However, the Eufy 11s remains a solid budget-friendly choice within the Eufy robot vacuum lineup. It excels at cleaning hard floors and low- to medium-pile carpets, boasting a slim design and a commendable 3-stage filtration system, which I found to be particularly impressive.

Cleaning Performance

Hard Floors
I’ve had the chance to put both the Eufy 11s and 25c to the test on bare floors, and I must say, they truly excel on this surface. They effortlessly tackle all sorts of debris, whether it’s those pesky grains of sand or larger bits of paper and crumbs. It’s quite remarkable how thorough their cleaning performance is.
However, when it comes to larger debris like scattered snack chips, there’s a minor hiccup to be aware of. Every now and then, they may leave a few pieces behind because these snacks tend to wedge themselves under the vacuum and get dragged around. But they’ll make multiple passes, ensuring they pick up every last chip and leave your floor spotless.
Low-pile And Medium-pile Carpets
Now, let’s talk about carpets, which are a bit of a different story for both the Eufy 11s and 25c. While their performance isn’t as remarkable as on hard floors, it’s still respectable.
On low- to medium-pile carpets, these vacuums do a commendable job, meeting my expectations. They can effectively clean up about 85% to 90% of the debris on my carpet, which is quite satisfying. With daily use, I’ve found that they keep my carpet consistently clean, preventing the buildup of annoying small dirt particles.
I’m all about convenience, so I usually let these robovacs do their thing in Auto mode. What’s cool is that they’re pretty smart about it—they automatically adjust their suction power based on the type of floor they’re cleaning, which Eufy calls “BoostIQ technology”. Specifically, when cleaning hard floors, they only need to use less suction power and still do a stellar job. But when they roll onto carpet territory, they crank up the power, sometimes going all the way to the max, to deep-clean those fibers.
Speaking of power, the maximum suction power of the Eufy 25c is extremely impressive at 1500 pa, stronger than the 1300 pa of the 11s.
By the way, when it comes to their ability to deep clean carpets, thanks to the stronger suction power, I found the 25c also performed a bit better than the 11s. The proof is that it manages to suck up the tiny, hidden dust particles lurking in my carpet’s depths. I was honestly thrilled but also a bit grossed out because my carpet, which looked clean to the naked eye, was harboring a whole lot of dirt I had no idea about.
High-pile Carpets
But if your house has a lot of high-pile or thick carpet, I advise you not to choose Eufy 11s or 25c. As the brand itself states, they are not the ideal choice for high-pile carpets. When dealing with high-pile carpets, they really struggle.
When they venture onto those fluffy surfaces, they go all out, cranking up the suction and slowing down to really dig deep into the pile and extract as much dust out of the carpet as possible. While they can still handle stuff like sand, be prepared for a bit of a shocker—their battery life drains rapidly.
What’s even trickier is that they have a tendency to get tangled up in the thick carpet strands. So, unless you’re ready to babysit them and free them from their high-pile clutches, it’s a bit of a gamble.
Hair Pick-up
I’m absolutely thrilled with these robovacs! With two dogs that shed like crazy, trying to sweep up their mess every day was driving me nuts. It seemed like their hair was always escaping from the broom and dustpan. But since I got these vacuums, life has been so much more manageable, and I couldn’t be happier! They’re fantastic at picking up both my pet’s hair and my own long locks.
The only downside is their brush roll, which tends to collect hair and get all tangled up. So, I do have to give it a clean after each session, but it’s a minor trade-off for the convenience they bring.

Eufy 11s and 25c dimensions, weight and shape are exactly the same. I might be quite familiar with Eufy’s Robovac designs by now, but I’ll never stop singing the praises of their slim and sleek build.
Take the Eufy 11s and 25c, for instance; with their mere 2.85 inches in height, they can slip under couches and furniture that I’d otherwise struggle to clean. They’re also perfect for the bar stools, effortlessly maneuvering through tight spaces where most of the food is dropped.
Battery Life
The Eufy 11s and 25c have truly impressive battery life in my experience. They can run for approximately 100 minutes in the ‘Standard’ power mode and almost an hour in ‘Max’ mode, although the runtime might differ depending on the type of flooring they’re cleaning. This battery life is sufficient to clean my medium-sized room thoroughly.
When they eventually run low on battery, they’ll make their way back to their charging base. It takes around 5-6 hours for them to fully recharge.
It’s quite a journey sometimes, and they might need a helping hand. I’ve had to pause them, pick them up, place them by their base, and press the little charge button to ensure they get juiced up.
Navigation & Obstacle Avoidance
Navigation
Both the Eufy 11s and 25c employ random cleaning patterns as they navigate your space. Unlike some models that follow a structured trajectory, such as parallel lines, these robots move in a less predictable manner. Consequently, they might not pick up every single speck of debris in a single pass.
However, their cleaning effectiveness improves with repeated passes over the same area. The key here is patience; simply allow the robot to work its way through the cleaning process, and it will gradually tackle most of the debris in its path.
Obstacle Avoidance
These robot vacuums aren’t exactly masters of obstacle avoidance, mainly because they lack cameras to spot objects in their path. Instead, they tend to bump into things, and then change direction after the collision.
In practice, they do have a tendency to get stuck quite frequently. To ensure a smooth cleaning session, I do some pre-cleaning prep. That involves clearing away items like clothing, shoes, blankets, pillows, and the occasional random toy that tends to find its way onto the floor and could potentially impede their progress.
I make an effort to create the most obstacle-free path possible, but sometimes they still manage to get caught up. Common trouble spots include getting wedged under the couch, tangling with cables and wires, or struggling on shaggy carpets. In these cases, a bit of hands-on rescue work is needed. I basically go on a mini scavenger hunt to locate and free them from whatever they’ve tangled with.
When these little robovacs get stuck, they’ll emit three loud beeps, almost like a cry for assistance. And if you’re not home or you’re sleeping and you need to find him later. For the 25c model, there’s an even niftier feature. You can use the app to locate your wayward vacuum.
These robovacs might not have fancy mapping systems or Boundary Strips like the Eufy 30c, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get creative with our strategies to keep them out of trouble. When I want to block off certain areas, I’ve used things like baby gates, or if it’s a tight space like behind the couch, I’ve placed larger items like a case of water to act as a barrier. Sometimes, just closing doors to rooms I don’t want them to venture into does the trick.

On the top of these Eufy vacuums, you will find buttons to easily control them. The Eufy 11s opts for minimalism with just a single, user-friendly physical button on its top – easily starting and stopping the robot.
The Eufy 25c takes things up a notch with 3 buttons and a WiFi indicator light. These extra buttons come in handy in various situations. If it gets stuck, a quick pause to reposition it is just a button press away. Need it to head back to its home base? There’s a button for that too, featuring a plug icon. Plus, the a circular motion button for cleaning spots.
And while you can access all these functions via the remote or app, having these buttons right on the vacuum itself proves quite convenient, especially when you don’t have the remote or app at hand.

Nevertheless, even when using the remote control, you can still perform many useful functions. One feature I particularly appreciate is the 30-minute Quick Cleaning option, which is not available in the 11s models.

The Eufyhome App adds a layer of convenience when it comes to controlling the 25c. The app is user-friendly and allows you to choose the cleaning modes to suit your requirements. You can also schedule cleanings, although it’s limited to one schedule per day, with the flexibility to set it for all seven days of the week. Through the app, you can send it to its home so it can charge. You can also find your vacuum. If you use this feature you can set off a sound that will signal where your Robot is. Additionally, you can control it like a remote control.
Additionally, you have the option of controlling the 25c through smart speakers or assistants like Google Assistant and Alexa, provided you’ve completed a simple setup. This hands-free control is a convenient way to integrate your vacuum into your smart home ecosystem.
